摘要
纤维素是世界上最廉价的可再生资源,对于缓解当前世界所面临的能源、粮食、环境危机等问题具有重要的意义。纤维素酶可分解纤维素,是一种重要的糖苷水解酶,能将具有很强化学与生物抗性的天然素大分子降解成简单的葡萄糖。当前对于筛选出产纤维素酶菌株可以很好地缓解世界能源短缺问题,也是开发利用纤维素资源的关键和前提。作者从自然选育,诱变育种,概括纤维素酶的分子生物学研究进展,以及对今后产纤维素酶菌株的选育研究的发展做了全面的综述。
Cellulose is the cheapest renewable resource in the world,and it has great significance to alleviate the energy,food and environmental crisis and other issues. Cellulase is a kind of important hydrolytic enzyme,and the natural cellulose molecules with strong chemical and biological resistance can be degraded into simple glucose by the cellulase. At present,selection of cellulaseproducing strains can alleviate the problem of energy shortage in the world,and it is also the key and prerequisite for the development and utilization of cellulose resources. The authors summarize the advances in molecular biology of cellulose from natural selection and mutation breeding,and review the development of the research on the production of cellulose-producing strains in the future.
