摘要
凝汽器是凝汽式汽轮机的主要辅助设备之一,凝汽器系统运行中出现的故障与故障征兆之间是非线性关系,具有复杂性、模糊性和随机性,难以用数学公式表示。针对此情况,结合模糊理论与神经网络两种故障诊断方法的优势,建立凝汽器故障诊断专家系统。系统采用模糊隶属度函数表示难以准确描述的领域专家知识,采用神经网络进行推理,使诊断结果具有较高的可靠性。
Condenser is the primarily auxiliary equipment of condensing steam turbine, and relations between condenser system operation faults and their symptoms are nonlinear, complicated, fuzzy and random, which are difficult to be represented by math equations. For the problem, combining advantages of fuzzy theory and neural network, a fuzzy neural network is presented as condenser fault diagnosis model. Applying the fuzzy membership functions to depict the fault extent, the neural network to deduce, which makes the system has higher credibility to the diagnosis results.
