合理解决城市贫困问题是城市社会经济发展的要求,也是实现社会公平、保证可持续发展、构建和谐社会的要求。解决城市贫困问题,必须从物质帮助、机会供给、人文关怀等方面入手。物质帮助是解决城市贫困的最基本手段,机会供给是最终的解决之策,人文关怀则是帮助贫困居民从精神上脱贫的重要途径。
Resolving the problem of urban poverty is helpful for its social and economic development,realization of social fair,sustainable development and establishment of harmonious society. The problem of urban poverty must be resolved in every possible way. Material assistance is a basic and necessary means. Opportunity supply is the permanent and fundamental solution. Humanistic care is the essential embody of humanity. It can help get rid of poverty from spirit.
