红曲霉聚酮类次生代谢产物的生物合成 被引量:2

摘要 红曲霉可产生多种聚酮类次生代谢产物,主要包括红曲色素、莫那可林K和桔霉素。其中红曲色素广泛用于食品着色,莫那可林K用作降血脂的药物,而桔霉素则对脊椎动物包括人体有肾毒性。本文对这几类聚酮类次生代谢产物的生物合成途径、生物合成相关的聚酮合成酶等方面的研究进展进行了综述。 Monascus species have the ability to produce secondary metabolites of polyketides. Including Monascorubrin pigment,which has been widely used as a natural food-coloring agent for many kinds of foods; Monacolin K, which has been proven to have cholesterol-lowering effects; and Citrinin, which is moderately nephrotoxic to vertebrates including humans. The research advances of polyketides biosynthetic pathway and cloning of biosynthetic gene clusters for these polyketides were reviewed.
