摘要
20世纪中国古代文论研究是一具有某种典型性的学术论域,作为一个学科它是现代的、以西方现代文学观念为基准的,而作为一个研究领域,它又是传统的,关涉的是古人的诗文观念与审美趣味。如此则西方文学观念、文化旨趣与中国固有之思想在这里必然发生既交融会通又对立冲突的复杂关系,这种情形既是中国文化现代性过程中的一种普遍现象,又是对中国文化传统自身走向的严重背离,故而其中充满了矛盾、谬误与无奈。古代文论研究如其他中国现当代人文社会科学研究一样,都是在多维方向"力"的牵扯下艰难行进。
The study on Chinese ancient writings in the twentieth century is extremely typical in the sense:that as a discipline,it is modern and based on the theories of western modern literature;as a study field,it is traditional and deeply rooted in the ancient people's concept and taste in poetry.Thus,the western concept of literature,cultural purport and Chinese traditional thought will surely blend and conflict with each other in the discipline.This situation is not only a universal phenomenon in the course of Chinese cultural modernization,but also a significant deviation from traditional Chinese culture,full of contradictions,mistakes and grievance.
