摘要 学习策略对提高学生的思维能力、锻炼身心、形成终身学习具有重要意义。结合健美操学习的特点,从认知策略、元认知策略、情感策略、资源管理策略四个维度编制了普通高校学生健美操学习策略问卷,经检验问卷具有较高的信效度,对不同年级、不同技能水平学生健美操学习策略进行测试,结果显示高年级、高水平学生健美操学习策略优于低年级和技能普通组,说明随着健美操学习的深入,可以促进学习策略的提高;练习法、迁移性、调控性三项指标是影响健美操技术水平的主要学习策略。 Study strategy is important to improve students thinking ability, mind and body and permanent study. Based on the characteristics of aerobics study, this study designed a questionnaire on aerobics study strategy toward college students. The questionnaire is composed of cognition strategy, meta-cognition strategy, emotion strategy, management strategy with higher reliability and validity. Through carrying on this questionnaire survey to the students of different grades and different skill level, the results show that the level of aerobics study strategy of the higher grade and the outstanding students is much higher than that of other students. As studying aerobics goes further, the study strategy is improved. The indexes of exercise method, transition and control are the main study strategies affecting aerobics technique level.
