摘要
从职业伦理的概念及其理论核心入手,探讨了医学期刊编辑职业伦理存在和构建的意义,提出医学期刊编辑的职业伦理有利于正确认识医学编辑的道德问题,有利于促进医学期刊编辑对职业角色的定位,有利于医学编辑职业行为的标准化建设和医学期刊编辑的素质培养。
This article described the concept of the professional ethics and discussed the significance of the existence and construction of professional ethics on medical journal editors. The professional ethics on medical journal editors could be beneficial to correctly understand the ethical problems of medical journal editors and to promote the medical journal editors^rolc localization. It is very important to construct the Standardization of medical journal editor＇s behavior.
