摘要
医务人员的行为是职业行为,不是单纯个人行为,他们提供的服务具有很强的专业性,他们的目标和患者一致。患者应尊重医护人员,医护人员也应尊重患者。在此基础上,医护人员努力提高专业技能,加强医患沟通,重塑职业崇高感,能够改善医患关系,缓解医患冲突。
Medical disputes have been the important problem in current clinical medicine practices. Various factors are involved, including patients, medical personnel ( hospital) and society. It is necessary for medical personnel to reasonably orient their position and take rational tactics in solving medical disputes and improving doctor - patient relationship.
