摘要
从BOT(建设-运行-转让)和TOT(转让-运行-转让)2种项目融资模式的特征出发,探讨了公交枢纽项目融资新模式TBT(转让-建设-转让)融资过程,在此基础上,进行了公交枢纽融资模式风险管理分析,并分别对公交枢纽建设项目融资和风险保障策略提出了一些见解。
The financing process of a new project financing model named as TBT was discussed based on the characteristics of BOT and TOT. Based on it, the venture management analysis of public traffic terminal project financing was made. Some ideas about project financing venture guarantee strategy of public traffic terminal were put forward.
