摘要
通过对BOT和TOT项目融资模式的比较和分析,发现TOT与BOT结合而以BOT为主的融资模式既盘活了固定资产又促进了政府待建项目的融资,进而提出了兼备两种项目融资模式优点的TBT项目融资模式.阐明了运用TBT模式进行项目融资的操作步骤,界定了TBT项目融资模式的应用范围.
Based on the study of the BOT and TOT respectively, the paper sheds hight to the model which combined BOT with TOT can not only activate the fixed assets but also promote the finance of intent projects. Furthermore, it presents a new project financing model-TBT which is organically combined BOT with TOT and has the advantages of both BOT and TOT. Meanwhile, the operating steps of TBT has be enucleated, and the areas which TBT can be applied to is limited.
