摘要
本文针对工程中大量遇到的回转类铸件特点,开发出基于柱坐标系的凝固模拟软件系统。该系统有效克服了基于直角坐标系的凝固模拟软件在处理回转类铸件时遇到的网格剖分结果不对称,模拟结果局部失真等问题。同时由于采用了变步长剖分,使本软件十分适合于处理薄壁回转类铸件的凝固模拟。
According to feature of rotational castings commonly encountered in engineering,a simulation software system based on cylindrical coordinates was developed in this paper,which has overcome asymmetrical enmeshment and partial distortion of simulation result encountered in modeling rotational castings based on rectangular coordinates.Due to the use of discretion of variable substep,this software is more suitable to thin section,rotational castings.
