摘要
采用覆砂金属型离心铸造AlFe合金,获得了外层初生Fe相梯度分布,内层不含初生Fe相或初生Fe相沿铸管壁厚梯度分布的自生复合材料。考察了Fe含量、转速和覆砂层厚度对铸管组织的影响,分析了复合材料的物相结构。
Abstract In situ gradient composites of Al Fe alloy which possess the microstructure of primary Fe phase with gradient distribution in the outer layer,and no primary Fe phase or primary Fe phase with gradient distribution along entire pipe wall in inner layer have been achieved by using centrifugal casting with sand lined metal mold.The effects of Fe content,rotative speed and thickness of resin coated sand on the microstructure of the composites are investigated and the phase structure of the composites has been also analysed.
