摘要
介绍了一种提高铸钢件工艺出品率的新方法。采用脏计算模数法设计冒口,使用保温冒口和覆盖剂以增强冒口的补缩,并采用计算机凝固模拟软件--InsteCast华铸CAE,验证铸钢件铸造工艺的可行性和可靠性。大量的生产实践表明,该法可在确保铸件品质的前提下,有效地提高铸钢件的工艺出品率,降低铸件的生产成本,值得推广应用。
The method of increasing the process yield rate of steel castings is introduced. It included designing riser by K value calculation moduli method, enhancing riser feeding by using insulating riser and cover-flux, and validating feasibility and reliability of casting technology of steel castings by solidification simulation of InsteCast. The production results show that the above method can insure casting quality, increase the process yield rate of steel castings effectively and reduce the cost of castings. So it is good for popularizing in steel foundry.
