摘要
辅导员老师是否快乐、幸福、乐观,影响着教育的效果。辅导员在自身的职业活动中是否感到幸福,是高校教育和高校辅导员队伍建设的重要问题。辅导员幸福应具有以下内涵:个人生命价值的追求与体验,职业使命的必然,以人为本教育的内在要求。辅导员的幸福,可以通过创造环境和不断的学习、练习去获取。
The effect of education is influenced if the counselors are happy, satisfied and optimistic or not. Whether the counselors feel happy in their occupation is vital for higher education and the construction of a dedicated counselor team. The counselor's satisfaction involves the following: their pursuit and experience of individual values, the necessity of their occupational mission; the inner requirements for the education of "putting people first". Satisfaction of the counselors can be acquired by improving the environment, constant study and practice.
