摘要 方法:自轴索型格林-巴利综合征患者大便中分离出的空肠弯曲菌(PEN019型)中,提取其脂多糖,进行动物实验。结果:其中一只动物出现瘫痪。电镜发现发病动物外周神经轴索变性,巨噬细胞出现在髓鞘与轴索之间,吞噬轴索,但髓鞘完整,与轴索型格林-巴利综合征患者病理改变极为相似。结论:提示PEN019菌的脂多糖成份,可能是致病的关键因素。 Methods: A strain of campylobacter jejuni (PEN 019) from the stool of a patient with axonal form Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) was isolated. After lipopolysaccharides (LPS) were extracted from the strain, they were inoculated into animals. One animal from the experiment got paralysis. Results: Pathological examination showed serious axonal degeneration in peripheral nerve. By electron microscopic observation the macrophages appeared in the space between myelin sheath and axon to destroy axon. But meanwhile the myelin sheath keeped intact. The characteristic features were similar with the pathological changes of axonal form GBS. Conclusion: LPS of PEN019 could play an important roce in causing axonal form GBS.
