空肠弯曲菌感染后兔中枢神经系统病变的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立空肠弯曲菌(campylobacter jejuni,CJ)Penner 4型感染后中枢神经系统病变动物模型。方法用CJ—Penner 4菌体灭活粗抗原加完全福(氏)佐剂并充分乳化后,经皮下或腹腔多点注射反复免疫新西兰白兔.并设立对照组以生理盐水代替CJ免疫。结果(1)血清抗CJ—IgG抗体滴度在2~4周达高峰并显著高于对照组;(2)IgG型GM1抗体及血清MBP水平均在第8周时显著上升;(3)实验组动物LFB及MBP染色见脑干、延髓、颈髓、胸髓及腰髓等部位髓鞘肿胀,未见炎细胞浸润及髓鞘脱失。结论Penner 4型空肠弯曲菌感染后确可引起中枢神经系统病变。 Objective To investigate an animal modle of central nervous system disease after infection of Campylobacter jejuni(CJ). Methods Rabbits in experimental group were immunized repeatedly with Freund adjuvant and inactivated antigen of CJ Pen 4 while rabbits in control group were immunized with Freund adjuvant and saline. Results (1) Compared with the normal group, the serum titer of anti-CJ IgG elevated after immunization and sustained at a higher level after 3-4 weeks in CJ-Pen 4 group. (2)The serum titer of anti-GM1 IgG and MBP acsented at the 8th week. (3)Myelin sheath degeneration was found in brain stem and spinal cord but demyelination was not found. Conclusions Experiments indicated that CJ-Pen4 may lead to CNS disease.
