摘要
介绍了德、法两国的未成年人监督制度,认为我国现行立法对监护人监督的规定过于简单,可操作性不强,应借鉴德、法两国模式,在监督对象、监督人、监督机构等方面对监护监督制度进行重构。
The minor guardianship and surveillance system of Germany and France are introduced. It is considered that the present legislation which supervises the guardian is too simple and seems no feasibility in China. The pattern of Germany and France should be used for reference; the guardianship and surveillance system should be restructured on the aspects of supervising object, supervisor, and supervisory agency, etc.
