摘要
目的:观察前列地尔脂微球载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法:选择60例确诊为糖尿病的患者,均为临床蛋白尿期,随机分为2组,治疗组在与对照组相同基础治疗上,Lipo PGE1 10"g每日静脉推注1次,疗程4周。观察治疗前后血肌酐(Scr),尿白蛋白排泄(UAER)等指标。结果:治疗组在使用Lipo PGE1后血肌酐(Scr),尿白蛋白排泄(UAER)明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:Lipo PGE1对糖尿病肾病有较好的治疗效果。
Objective：To observe the effects of Lipo PGE1 in Treatment of Diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods：60 patients with clinical albuminuria were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group,receiving regular treatment. In addition,the cases of treatment group received treatment of PGE1 lOng daily for two weeks. The index of Scr and UAER were observed before and after treatment. Results：The Scr and UAER in treatment group were more decreased than those in control group. Conclusion：Lipo PGE1 is effective in treating Diabetic nephropathy.
