摘要
以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料,经缩合、酯化水解、中和成盐、置换等反应,合成有机磷酸盐类聚丙烯成核剂NA-21,并对中间体的合成工艺进行了优化,以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚计产品的总收率为88.29%;采用红外光谱和元素分析对中间体及产品进行了表征和组成分析;采用合成的NA-21对聚丙烯进行了成核性能研究,结果表明,当其用量为0.1%时,可使聚丙烯的雾度由36.3%降低至24.6%。
Organic phosphate nucleating agent NA-21 for PP was synthesized with 2,4 -bis-tert-butyl phenol and formaldehyde as raw materials by means of condensation, estification and hydrolysis, neutralization and replacement. The synthetic technique of intermediate was optimized, and the overall yield of the product was 88.29% based on 2,4-bis-tert-butyl phenol. The intermediate and product were characterized by IR spectra, and the compositions were analyzed using element analysis method. The nucleation of NA-21 to polypropylene were researched. The results showed that the haze of polypropylene decreased from 36.3% to 24.6% when the mass fraction of NA-21 to raw materials was 0.1%.
