摘要
以2,4-二叔丁基苯酚和甲醛为原料经缩合、磷酸酯化、水解反应合成了2,2’-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基)苯酚磷酸钠。通过正交实验考察了缩合反应中原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、溶剂用量对产品收率的影响,最佳工艺条件为:酚醛摩尔比为2∶1.5;硫酸用量为4%;反应时间为2 h;甲苯35 mL。经红外光谱分析及熔点测定确定所得产品为题目化合物。
2,2' -Methylene bis (4,6-di-tert-butylphenol) sodium phosphate was prepared with 2,4-bis-tert-butyl phenol and formaldehyde as raw material by a series of reactions such as condensation, estefification, hydrolysis and neutralization. The condensation optimum reaction conditions for were determined through orthogonal experiment. They were as follows: molar ratio of n(phenol) : n(formaldehyde) = 2:1.5; catalyst, 4% ; condensation time, 2 h; toluene, 35 mL. The products were characterized by IR and melting point test.
