摘要
研究了聚丙烯(PP)基料和成核剂的选择及其用量、加工工艺条件等因素对透明PP专用料性能的影响。结果表明:3种PP基料F 401,S 600和S 800都可以通过透明化改性生产出透明PP专用料,但在以山东省烟台市只楚合成化学有限公司生产的ZC为成核剂生产注塑级透明PP时,应选择熔体流动速率(MFR)较高的S 800为好;以S 800为PP基料,在11万t/a的PP工业装置上,于ZC成核剂的用量[m(成核剂)/m(PP)]为(2.5~3.0)×10-3,适量加入极性分散剂、酸中和剂和抗氧剂,挤出加工温度为230~240℃的条件下,开发生产出了注塑级透明PP专用料。S 800经透明化改性后,其雾度下降了67%,拉伸强度提高了11%,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度提高了17%。
Such factors as the choice of polypropylene(PP) matrix and nucleating agent,their dosages and other processing conditions which affected the properties of transparent PP for injection molding were studied.The results showed that three brands of PP(F 401,S 600 and S 800) were able to produce transparent PP for injection molding through the modification;however,S 800 was more suitable for the transparent PP production with ZC nucleating agent,owing to its higher melt flow rate(MFR).The transparent PP for inje...
