摘要
目的探讨陕南燃煤型砷中毒患者内外环境砷、硒水平及对血清P53、B淋巴细胞瘤/白血病-2(BCL-2)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定煤、水、土、玉米、辣椒、血清、尿、发中砷、硒含量;采用ELISA法、硝酸还原酶法、TBA法分别测定血清P53、BCL-2、NO、MDA水平。结果病区煤、土、玉米、辣椒中砷、硒含量显著高于非病区;病例组血清、尿和发砷、硒含量显著高于内、外对照组;病例组血清BCL-2水平显著高于外对照组,病例组、内对照组的血清MDA水平显著低于外对照组。结论陕南燃煤型砷中毒患者内、外环境砷含量增高,外环境硒含量偏高而内环境硒负荷适宜,其血清BCL-2水平增高,MDA降低,而P53、NO无显著变化。
Objective To investigate the levels of arsenic (As) and selenium (Se) in the internal and external environment, and their effects on P53, B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (BCL-2), nitric oxide (NO) and maleic dialdehyde (MDA) in serum of burning-coal-type arseniasis from south Shaanxi Province. Methods As and Se contaminations in the external environment (coal, drinking water, soil, corns and pepper) and the internal one (serum, urine and hair) were analyzed using a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The contents of P53, BCL-2, NO and MDA in serum were detected by ELISA, nitrifying ferment and TBA, respectively. Results The contents As and Se in coal, soil, corns and pepper from the arseniasis-affected area were significantly higher than those in the non-arseniasis-affected area. Concentrations of As in serum, urine and hair and Se in hair from patient group with arsenism were statistically higher than those from the other two groups. BCL-2 content in serum from patient group with arsenism was statistically higher than that from the controls in non-diseased areas, while MDA contents in serum from both patients and the control groups in the diseased areas were significantly lower than those from the controls in non-arsenism areas. Conclusion As levels in internal and external environment of patients with arsenism were statistically higher than those in the controls both arsenism-affected and non-arsenism-affected area, and Se levels in the external environment were increased while those in the internal were moderate. BCL-2 content was raised in the patients with arscnism, but MDA decreased, and P53 and NO had little changes.
