摘要
目的研究邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(di-n-butyl phthalate,DBP)对雌性果蝇生育力的影响。方法将雌性果蝇随机分为5组,分别给予含DBP0%、0.1%、0.4%、1.6%、6.4%的培养基喂饲,10 d后与雄蝇配对产子,每日观察并记录子代孵化数。结果随着DBP浓度的增加,0.1%、0.4%、1.6%浓度组雌性果蝇产卵时间逐渐延长,子代数量逐渐增多,1.6%浓度组与对照组比较有差异。但6.4%浓度组雌蝇的不育率比对照组高(P<0.01),产卵时间缩短,后代数量减少。结论低浓度的DBP能增加雌性果蝇的生育力,高浓度的DBP使其生育力降低。
Objective To study the effect of di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) on fertility of female Drosophila melanogaster. Methods Female drosophilae were randomly divided into five groups and were fed with the medium containing 0 %, 0.1%, 0.4 %, 1.6 %, 6.4 % DBP respectively. Ten days later, female drosophilae were mated with male. The eclosion numbers of filial generation flies were observed and recorded every day. Resuits With the rising of DBP concentration, the average oviposition days were gradually prolonged and the number of offspring were increased in 0.1% ,0.4 %, 1.6 % DBP groups. The percent of sterility of drosophilae in 6.4% DBP group was significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The average spawning time and the number of offspring began to decrease in 6.4 % DBP group. Conclusion DBP can promote the fertility of female drosophilae in lower concentrations and reduce the fertility power in higher concentrations.
