摘要
根据对真空电弧等离子体辐射光谱的分析,并结合动态图象高速微机采集系统感光单元光谱的选择特性,得出该系统对真空电弧光谱辐射测量值反映是电子密度,而不是电子温度分布,并给出了测试结果。
The radiation spectrum of plasma for vacuum arc and selectecl characteristic of sensitive units of dy- namic high - speed sampling system were analyzed . lt has been proved that measurement value of radia- tion of plasma for vacuum is reflected electron density, and isn't electron temperature . The measurement result has been given .
