摘要
为解决中低压系统中开关柜电弧光故障对电力安全生产及人员安全的危害,分析了开关柜弧声、弧光产生的原理及特征,研究了弧光电流与金属性短路电流的大小关系及时域特征,提出了开关柜快速电弧光保护方案。该方案采用弧声、弧光及电流作为弧光故障判据,且判据可根据运行工况灵活设置。考虑到传感器安装后的检修,该方案还包含了传感器的自检功能。试验表明,该方案能够可靠、快速地切除开关柜电弧光故障。
In order to mitigate the hazard of arc- flash faults of switchgear in medium- voltage and low- voltage systems to electricity production and personnel safety,the principle and characteristics of arc sound and arc flash are analyzed,time domain features and relationship between arc current and bolt- fault current are also discussed,then a high- speed arc- flash protection approach is proposed.This approach adopts arc-sound,arc-flash and arc-current as protection criteria,which can be set according to the operating conditions flexibility.For easily maintenance,arc-sound sensor and arc-flash sensor self- check functions are considered.The reliability and rapidity of the approach has been verified by experiments.
