摘要
设计了真空开关电弧试验装置,并对真空开关电弧图像采集系统进行了分析研究,对所采集得到的真空开关电弧图像利用Matlab进行了边缘检测、中值滤波、灰度增强处理。试验结果表明,该试验装置可成功地在电极之间触发起弧,通过图像采集系统得到真空开关电弧图像,利用处理系统对真空开关电弧的边缘进行检测,对图像噪声进行了有效抑制,增强了图像的视觉,为对真空开关电弧形态和等离子体参数的有效可靠的诊断奠定了基础。
Experimental set-up of Vacuum switches arc (VSA) is designed in this paper, and an acquisition system of VSA images is researched. The VSA images collected from the system are edge detected, medium filtered and image gray enhanced with Matlab. The results show that VSA is ignited successfully, and they are captured with the acquisition system; the edge of the arc is detected, image noises are restrained and image vision is strengthened. All these provide preparation of diagnosing of the configuration and plasma parameters of VSA.
