平榛脂肪及脂肪酸成分分析和综合评价 被引量:13

摘要 榛子为世界上四大木本油料坚果之一。本研究采用索氏提取法、气相色谱法分别对26个平榛优良单株和2个欧榛品种的果仁粗脂肪含量、油的脂肪酸组成进行测定。运用面积归一法、SAS方差和聚类分析结果表明:泰山平榛、蒙山平榛和2个欧榛的粗脂肪平均含量分别为59.02%、59.61%和58.83%,油酸平均含量分别为81.60%、85.45%和80.66%,亚油酸平均含量分别为13.44%、8.93%和11.53%。综合评价得出,泰山17个单株和蒙山4个单株为最优单株,其粗脂肪含量、油酸和亚油酸含量的平均值分别达到了60.52%、83.50%和11.58%。本文对榛子果仁成分及良种选择进行了评价。 Corylus heterophylla F. is one of four main kinds of oil nut tree. 26 Corylus heterophylla F. trees and 2 Corylus avellana L. cuhivars were investigated in the crude fat content of nutlets and the fatty acid composition of oil. The normalization method, SAS variance analysis and cluster analysis were employed to analyze the data. Results show that: the average fat contents of nutlets for Corylus heterophylla F. from Tai mountain, Corylus heterophylla F. from Meng mountain and 2 Corylus avellana L. cultivars are 59.02%, 59.61% and 58.83%, respectively, their average oleic acid contents are 81.60%, 85.45% and 80.66%, respectively, and their average linoleic acid contents are 13.44%, 8.93% and 11.53 %, respectively. Comprehensive evaluation indicates that the 17 Corylus heterophylla F. trees on Tai mountain and the 4 Corylus heterophylla F. trees on Meng mountain are superior individual trees, with average fat content, oleic acid content and linoleic acid content of 60.52%, 83.50% and 11.58%, respectively. The components of Corylus heterophylla F. nutlets and its fine breed selection are evaluated in this paper.
