摘要
以榛子为原料,利用超声波辅助提取榛子油。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定了超声波辅助提取榛子油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在试验范围内,各因素对榛子油得率的影响大小顺序为提取温度>提取时间>超声波功率>液料比。以石油醚为溶剂提取榛子油的最佳工艺条件为:液料比为8 mL/g、提取温度为60℃、超生波功率为500 W、提取时间为60 min,榛子油得率为74.89%。
Hazelnut Seed Oil was extracted with Ultrasonic wave assistance. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimal technological condition of ultrasonic wave assistance was studied with the orthogonal experiment design . results : the influence order of the factors of affecting the oil yield are extraction temperature 〉 extraction time 〉 ultrasonic frequency 〉 liquid - solid ratio. Using petroleum ether as extracting agent , the optimal technological condition of extraction are liquid - solid ratio 8 mL/g, extraction temperature 60℃, ultrasonic frequency 500 W, and extraction time 60 min . Under the conditions,the extraction rate reaches as high as 74.89%.
