摘要
黄磷尾气含有高浓度的一氧化碳,是一种重要的资源,经净化处理后可作为化工产品的原料气,生产高附加值产品,如草酸、甲酸、甲醇等。总结了中国黄磷尾气净化处理技术和综合利用经验,提出了降低黄磷尾气中磷、硫等杂质含量的技术措施。针对当前存在的问题,遵循科学发展观,以循环经济理念,提出了几点建议。
The tail gas of yellow phosphorus, which contains high concentrated carbon monoxide, is an important resource. After purification, it can be used as the raw material in chemical production to produce high value - added products, such as oxalic acid,formic acid and methanol etc. This article summarized the yellow phosphorus tail gas purification treatment technology and comprehensive utilization experiences, and put forward the technical measures for reduction of impurities, such as phosphorus and sulfur etc. in yellow phosphorus tail gas. In view of the existing problems, and according to the scientific development concept, this article proposed several recommendations for green production based on the concept of recycle economy.
