摘要
介绍了制磷电炉炉衬结构和主要材料技术要求 ,总结了我国黄磷生产经验 ,分析了影响电炉使用寿命诸因素 ,指出了必须严格控制炉料配比、炉渣酸度指标及焦炭粒度 ,提出了行之有效的技术措施 ,并建议加强管理 ,严把原料质量关 ,精心操作 ,注意安全生产。
An introduction is given to the structure of the lining in the phosphorus furnace and technical requirements of the main materials, a sum-up is made of the experiences gained in the production of yellow phosphorus in China, an analysis is made of the various factors affecting the service life of the furnace, a brief statement is given of the necessity of strict control of the charge composition, the acidity in dicators of the slag and the particle size of coke, effective technical measures are offered, and suggestions are given to tighten management, examine carefully the quality of the raw materials, operate meticulously, and pay attention to safety in production.
