摘要 目的评价和预测茶苯海明口腔崩解片的口味。方法测定茶苯海明的苦麻味阈值,并以自制溶出池测定口腔崩解片内药物在人工唾液内的溶出速度,预测和评价制剂的苦麻味。结果茶苯海明的苦麻味阈值为125~750mg·L-1,未掩味与掩味口腔崩解片内药物在流动溶出池中溶出液的最大质量浓度分别是1.33和0.101mg·L-1。药物浓度越大,志愿者感受的苦麻味越浓。结论流动溶出池法可以用于评价和预测茶苯海明口腔崩解片的口味。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate and predict the taste of dimenhydrinate orally disintegrating tablets. METHODS To determine the taste threshold and the dissolution rate of the drug in the simulated saliva with a self-made dissolution pool. RESULTS The taste threshold of dimenhydrinate was 125 -750 mg·L^-1 . The maximum concentration of dimenhydrinate in the dissolution solution of tablets with unmasked drug and with taste-masked drug was 1.33 and 0. 101 mg·L^-1 respectively. Higher concentration of dimenhydrinate in the dissolution solution was associated with stronger taste of bitterness of the drug. CONCLUSION The method of flow-through dissolution cell can be used for evaluation and prediction the taste of dimenhydrinate orally disintegrating tablets.
