摘要
对人工唾液的处方组成、制备工艺及临床应用进行了研究，该漱口液由氟化钠、氯化钠等盐类化合物组成，可作为各种原因所致的口干症良药。确定了质量控制标准。经临床６０例患者应用，有效率９３％，效果满意。
The artificial saliva is similar to man's natural saliva Its indication is the different kinds of dry mouth symption,specifically dry mouth after radiopraxis.It relieves mouth dry,oral mucitis and mineralizes teeth.So it is a good substitute for natural slaver.The research has been made on main components, preparation technique,quality control and proved effective and saft by 60 clinical cases. Its main compound is Na, KCl,CaCl2,MgCl2,MgCl2 and so on.
