摘要 放射性口干症是因接受放疗的头颈部肿瘤患者其唾液腺受到照射后发生损伤,唾液分泌的数量、性质、成分改变所引起的,对其防治主要包括减少暴露体积、预防性使用药物。中草药在防治放射性口干症方面发挥了积极的作用,学者们运用具有活血化瘀、养阴生津的中药辅助头颈部肿瘤的放疗对提高局部控制率、缓解放疗中口干疼痛的不良反应取得了较好的效果。 Radioactive xerostomia is due to the changes of saliva in number,property and composition which caused by radiation damage to salivary glands of head and neck cancer patients after radiation radiotherapy.The prevention and treatment of radioactive xerostomia includes reducing the exposed volume and preventively administration of drugs.Chinese herbal medicine has played an active role in the prevention against radiation xerostomia.Scholars have applied Chinese herbal medicine to radiotherapy for head and neck cancer to improve local control rate and relieve,the pain caused by xerostomia and achieve good effect.
