摘要
高校持续快速健康的发展,最基本的取决于人员因素。高校必须进行人力资源管理的创新,从观念、制度建设、组织和文化建设等方面着力进行,在内容、形式上适应新时期管理的要求。
The sostenuto-fleetly-healthily development of colleges and universities,is lies on the personel factors. The colleges and universities must innovate of college personel resources management, consisting of the notion and the construct of the system, the framework,the culture,etc. The innovation must adapt to the request of the new time in the content and the format.
