微波快速合成2-氨甲基苯并咪唑 被引量:4

RAPIC SYNTHESIS OF 2-AMINOMETHYLBENZIMIDAZOLE BY MICROWAVE RADIATION

摘要 将0.22mol邻苯二胺和0.22mol氨基乙酸溶于6mol/L 100mL盐酸中,用微波辐射7h制备了2-氨甲基苯并咪唑,经后处理得到白色固体,熔点45~47℃,产率46.4%。利用FT-IR、^1H NMR对产物进行了结构表征。 2-Aminomethylbenzimidazole (AMB) was synthesized with orthophenylenediamine (0. 22 mol) and glycine(0.22 mol) as raw materials and 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid as catalyst with the yield up to 46.4%. It was found that replacing the normal refluxing (72 h) with microwave radiation (7 h) could increase the reaction rate and the yield (by 20%) and shorten the reaction time; the colour of the product was also better. The structure of AMB was identified by use of FTIR and ^1H NMR.
