摘要
在微波辐射下,用乙醇作溶剂,以邻苯二胺和对甲氧基苯甲醛为原料合成了1-(对甲氧基苄基)-2-(对甲氧基苯基)苯并咪唑,利用正交法优化了反应条件,较佳条件为:n(对甲氧基苯甲醛):n(邻苯二胺)=2.2:1,微波辐射时间20min,反应温度78℃,产率40%。产物用熔点测试、IR、~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR进行了表征。
1-(p-Methoxybenzyl)-2-(p-methoxyphenzyl)-benzimidazole was synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with p-methoxybenaldehyde under microwave irradiation with ethyl alcohol as solvent. The orthogonally designed experiments showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: n(p-methoxybenaldehyde) : n(o-phenylene diamine)=2.2: 1, microwave irradiation 20 min and irradiation temperature 78 ℃. Under the optimal conditions, the highest yield of the title compound was about 40%. The samples synthesized were characterized by melting point determination, IR spectrum, ^1H NMR spectra and ^13C NMR spectra.
