摘要
在中频炉中分别用普通灰铸铁和合成铸铁制取HT300,并分析了2种铸铁的铸造性能、冶金质量、力学性能及力学性能与废钢加入量的关系。结果表明,由于合成铸铁原材料纯净及特殊的熔炼工艺,使铸造性能提高,冶金质量指标RG在1.15~1.30之间,Q1〉1;σb高出加入多种合金元素的普通灰铸铁30~60MPa,HB降低10左右;同时节省成本。
HT300 was produced in intermidiate frequency furnace using common grey iron or synthetic cast iron, the casting properties of two cast iron, metallurgical quality and mechanical properties, and the relationship of mechanical properties and the addition of scrap steel were analyzed. The results show that the casting properties of synthetic cast iron increase due to pure materials and special smelting process. The RG is between 1.15 to 1.3 and Q1 is above 1 ; σb is 30 -60 MPa larger than that of common grey iron containing multiple alloy elements; Hardness decreases about 10 HB. Besides prodiction cost is decreased.
