合金球墨铸铁轧辊的试制

摘要 介绍了合金球墨铸铁轧辊的技术要求及铸件结构,详细阐述了铸件的试制方法:选用60%重RE球化剂+40%轻RE球化剂,冲入法进行球化处理,球化剂加入量1.40%;采用高Ba—Ca孕育剂进行包内孕育,加入量为O.7%,在铁液浇注时加入0.1%、粒度为0.3~1mm的S-O孕育剂,进行随流孕育;采用部分奥氏体化正火+回火热处理工艺,奥氏体化温度为880~900℃,回火温度为580~600℃。生产结果显示:铸件的抗拉强度平均为667MPa,屈服强度平均为411MPa,伸长率为14%,布氏硬度平均为320HB,且铸件的内外硬度基本一致。 The technical requirements and cast structure of nodular iron alloy roller were introduced. The trial production method of casting was described in detail:nodularizing agent was 60% heavy RE+40% light RE. It was thrust into iron melt by 1.4% volume. High Ba-Ca inoculant was add by 0.7% in ladle. In metal-stream inoculation,S-O inoculant in the particle size of 0.3-1 mm was added into the melt. Partial austenitizing normalizing+tempering heat treatment process were taken. The austenitizing temperature was 880-900 ℃ and tempering temperature was 580-600 ℃.The results showed that the average tensile strength of the castings was 667 MPa,the average yield strength was 411 MPa,the elongation was 14% and the Brinell hardness was 320 HB. The hardness inside and outside the castings were basically the same.
