摘要
以灰铸铁为对象,考察了其熔体经超声波处理后所得铸态组织中石墨形态的变化,并分析了其变化原因。结果表明:经超声波处理后的灰铸铁中石墨形态发生了较大的变化,由粗大弯曲的片状变成均匀细小且卷曲的片状乃至近似球状。其原因来自于超声波所产生的空化效应、声流效果等一系列非线性声学作用。
The change of graphite morphology in eutectic grey cast iron which was treated by ultrasound was studied, the changing reason were analyzed. The results indicate the graphite morphology of gray iron which is treated has a great change from rough curving flake shape to homogeneous fine shape, and finally into near-spheroidal shape.
