一种臭氧消毒机生产臭氧水杀菌效果的试验观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解臭氧消毒机产生的臭氧水杀菌效果,为合理使用臭氧消毒机提供科学依据。方法采用流动浸泡载体定量杀菌试验及现场试验进行了实验室观察。结果JDSB5-X型臭氧消毒机全密闭式臭氧水容器中以40L/min速度通入臭氧气体水,30min生产臭氧水400L,臭氧含量为11mg/L。用臭氧水原液作流动浸泡作用2.5min,对载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00;作用5min,对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00。臭氧水流动浸泡作用15min,对瓷碗、竹筷和黄瓜皮上污染大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00;对物体表面上自然污染菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论该臭氧消毒机产生的臭氧水,采用流动浸泡法可有效杀灭载体上细菌繁殖体和真菌达到消毒合格要求;现场试验用同样方法可杀灭餐具和果蔬表面上大肠杆菌达到消毒合格要求。 Objective To know the germicidal efficacy of the ozone water produced by ozone disinfection machine in order to provide scientific base for rational use of ozone disinfection machine. Methods Carrier flowing immersion quantitative germicidal test and on - the - spot trial were used to carry out observation. Results Ozone gas was introduced into the fully closed ozone water container of JDSB5 - X - type ozone disinfection machine at a rate of 40 L/min, 400 L of ozone water containing ozone 11 mg/L were produced in 30 min. Flowing immersion in the stock solution of the ozone water for 2.5 min killed Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on carriers by a logarithm value 〉 3.00 and immersion for 5 rain killed Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans by a logarithm value 〉 3.00. Flowing immersion in the ozone water for 15 rain killed E. coli on porcelain bowl, bamboo chopsticks and cucumber peel by a logarithm value 〉 3.00 and killed natural contaminating bacteria on surfaces by a logarithm value 〉 1.00. Condusions Flowing immersion in the ozone water produced by the ozone disinfection machine can effectively kill the vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi on carriers to fulfill the requirement of eligible disinfection. Using the same method in on - the - spot trial can kill E. coli on tableware and surfaces of fruits and vegetables to fulfill the requirement of eligible disinfection.
