摘要
目的观察一种牙科综合治疗椅供水系统消毒机的杀菌效果。方法采用流动载体浸泡杀菌试验方法,对该牙科综合治疗椅供水系统消毒机进行了模拟现场消毒试验。结果启动该牙科治疗椅供水系统消毒机,使水中臭氧浓度达到6.22-6.55 mg/L,流动浸泡作用1 min,对污染在玻片上的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭对数值〉3.00。结论该牙科综合治疗椅供水系统消毒机向水中通入臭氧,通过流动浸泡消毒方式,对细菌繁殖体具有快速清除和杀灭效果。
Objective To know the germicidal efficacy of disinfection machine of water supply system in a comprehensive dental treatment chair.Methods Carrier flowing immersion quantitative germicidal test was used to simulated field disinfection experiment by disinfection machine of water supply system in a comprehensive dental treatment chair.Results Ozone contained in ozone water produced by disinfection machine was 6.22~ 6.55 mg/L.Flowing immersion in the stock solution of the ozone water for 1min could kill Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on carriers by a logarithm value above 3.00.Conclusion Flowing immersion in the ozone water produced by the disinfection machine can effectively kill the vegetative forms of bacteria.
