一元包装过氧乙酸消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性试验观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解一元包装过氧乙酸消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和毒性试验进行实验室观察。结果过氧乙酸消毒液一元包装室温存放五个月后,含量下降率为1·09%,以含过氧乙酸244mg/L对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,杀灭对数值>5·00;以含过氧乙酸2440mg/L对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用5min,杀灭对数值>5·00。用含过氧乙酸244mg/L消毒液浸泡食品工业管道10min,平均杀灭对数值>5·84;过氧乙酸消毒液含量2440mg/L作用10min,对木质桌面的平均杀灭对数值>3·23。过氧乙酸消毒液原液对小鼠经口毒性LD50=584mg/kg·bw,属低毒级;最高使用浓度的5倍对小鼠经口毒性LD50>5000mg/kg·bw,属实际无毒级;对皮肤无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验为阴性。以含过氧乙酸2440mg/L的溶液浸泡金属片72h对不锈钢基本无腐蚀性,对碳钢为中度腐蚀,对铝、铜为重度腐蚀。结论该消毒液性能稳定,杀菌效果好,毒性低。 Objective To understand the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of fluid peracetic acid disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and toxicity test were carried out for laboratory observation. Results The peracetic acid content decreased by 1.09% five months after the fluid peracetic acid disinfectant stored in unified package at room temperature. The killing logarithm of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus of suspension exposed to the solution containing 244mg/L peracetic acid and 5 min was 〉 5.00., and that of B. subtilis vat. niger spores exposed to the solution containing 2 440mg/L peracetic acid was 〉 5.00. The average killing logarithm, food industry conduit soaked with the solution containing 244mg/L peracetic acid 5 rain and xylon tabletop soaked with the solution containing 2 440mg/L peracetic acid 10 min, was 〉 5.84 and 〉 3.23, respectively. The oral LD50 for mice of stock solution containing peracetic acid was 584mg/kg. bw and the toxicity of this stock solution was low. The oral LD50 for mice with 5 fold concentration of stock solution was 〉 5 000mg/kg. bw. It belongs to practically non - toxic class and was not irritative to skin. The mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative. There are no caustic for stainless steel, middle - class caustic for mild steel, and high - class caustic for aluminium and copper after soaked for a duration of 72 hours with solution containing 2 440mg/L of peracetic acid. Conclusion The disinfectant is chemically stable and show excellent germicidal efficacy and low toxicity.
