摘要
复方过氧乙酸溶液(STERIS20D消毒剂)系由30%乙酸水杨酸与30%一水过硼酸钠水解化合生成过氧乙酸与过氧化氢,与40%抗腐蚀缓冲剂混合而成。为了解其杀灭微生物效果,进行了悬液与载体定量杀菌试验。结果,在 25℃ ,以其含 392.30 mg/L过氧乙酸、2333.70 mg/L过氧化氢的溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用1min,以其含117882mg/L过氧乙酸、7726.07mg/L过氧化氢的溶液对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用40min,杀灭率均达100%。在50-55℃,以其含1178.82mg/L过氧乙酸、7726.07mg/L过氧化氢的溶液作用30min,可将玻璃片表面HBsAg抗原性破坏。杀菌作用因有机物存在而减弱,随温度升高而增强。
The compound peracetic acid solution(STERIS 20D Disinfectant) was prepared by mixing peracetic acid, which was produced by hydrolytic combination of 30% acetylsalicylic acid and 30% sodium perborate monohydrate, with hydrogen peroxide and 40% anticorrosive buffer. In order to know its germicidal efficacy, suspension and carrier quantitative bactericidal tests were carried out. The results showed that at 25℃ its solution containing peracetic acid 392.30 mg / L and hydrogen peroxide 2333.70 mg / L with a l min contact time could kill 100% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension and its solution containing peracetic acid 1178.82 mg / L and hydrogen peroxide 7726.07 mg / L with a 40 min contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in suspension. At 50 - 55℃, its solution containing peracetic acid 1 178.82 mg / L and hydrogen peroxide 7726.07 mg / L with a 30 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on surface of glass slide. Its germicidal efficacy decreased due to presence of organic substance and increased with increasing temperature.
