摘要
目的 了解二氯异氰脲酸钠复方消毒剂杀菌效果稳定性、金属腐蚀性。方法 应用载体定量杀灭微生物试验、稳定性试验与金属腐蚀性试验。结果 以含有效氯 30mg L溶液对布片上的金黄色葡萄球菌 (ATCC6 5 38)、大肠杆菌 (80 99)作用 10分钟 ,含有效氯 2 0mg L溶液对布片上的白色念珠菌 (ATCC 10 2 31)作用 10分钟 ,含有效氯溶液 2 0 0 0mg L对布片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 2 0分钟 ,杀灭率均达 10 0 %。含有效氯溶液 15 0 0mg L作用 30分钟 ,可将不锈钢片表面HBsAg破坏 ,以含有效氯溶液 2 0 0 0mg L浸泡 72h ,对不锈钢无腐蚀 (R =0 .0 0 0 2 7mm a) ,对铝、铜有轻度腐蚀 (R =0 .0 82mm aR =0 .0 84mm a) ,对碳钢有中度腐蚀 (R =0 .32 2mm a)。结论 该消毒剂对实验菌有杀灭效果 ,有一定金属腐蚀作用。
Objective To study the bactericidal efficacy , stability and corrosiveness of dichloro isocyanuric acid sodium suppositoria disinfectant.Methods The carrier guantitative bactericidal test, stability test under 54℃ storing and metal corrosion test were used .Result The solution containing effective dioxide 30mg/L , 20mg/L with 10 min contact time could kill 100% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherchia coli and Candida albicans on cloth strip. The solution containing 2000mg/L effective dioxide with 20 min contact time could kill 100% of Bacillus var. niger. The solution containing 1500mg/L effective dioxide with 30 min contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity. The solution containing 2000mg/L effective dioxide with 72 hours contact time had no corrosive effect on stainless steel(R=0.00027mm/a), slightly corrosive effect on aluminum(R=0.082 mm/a) and copper(R= 0.084mm/a), but it had moderately corrosive effect on carbon steel(R=0.322mm/a). Conclusion This disinfectant has good bactericidal efficacy and good stability, but considerable corrosive effect on metals.
