摘要
介绍了自动变速器加载试验中CAN总线接口技术的实现。在研究电控自动变速器加载试验台的基础上,设计了以Motorola32位微处理器MC68376为核心的CAN总线硬件接口电路,采用标准CAN总线的通讯协议,编写了CAN总线接收/发送软件,并在试验台上实现了CAN结点之间的数据通讯。通过CAN采集数据对自动变速器换挡等过程进行了分析,经调速实现了发动机与自动变速器的一体化控制,从而提高了换挡品质。
A CAN bus interface technology used in an automatic transmission bench test was introduced.Based on the bench test of electronic automatic transmission,CAN bus hardware circuit was designed,which used the Motorola corporation 32-bit microprocessors MC68376 as the central processing unit.According to standard CAN bus eommunieatlon protocol,the CAN bus software receive/send were programmed and designed.The data communication between CAN bus nodes was realized on the bench test,The shifting course of automatic transmission was analyzed through CAN data collection, and the integration control of engine and automatic transmission was realized by adjusting the speed, therefore the shifting quality was improved.
