摘要
针对国内电影洗片监控系统通信速率低、数据误码率偏高等缺点,提出了一种基于CAN总线的增强型监控系统设计方案。在传统的CAN总线监控系统基础上,合理搭建CAN总线通信网络硬件接口电路、自定义CAN通信应用层协议,提高了CAN总线通信速率和运行效率,同时运用数据校验和原理,设计基于LabVIEW的数据安全校验软件,实现了对传输数据的安全加密与解码,有效解决了通信干扰问题,大大增强了电影洗片监控系统的实时性、安全性和可靠性。运行结果表明:系统运行稳定、实时性好、抗干扰能力强。
Due to the shortcomings of low communication speed and high data error rate in the domestic film laboratory monitoring system, a scheme of enhanced monitoring system based on CAN-bus was proposed. On the basis of traditional monitoring systems based on CAN-bus, reasonable hardware interface circuits of the CAN-bus communication network were built, and the CAN-bus communication protocol of application layer was user-defined, improving CAN-bus's communication speed and operation efficiency. Meanwhile, the princi- ple of data checksum is applied, and validation software of data security was designed based on LabVIEW, re- alizing transmission data's security encryption and decode, and solving communication interference problems effectively. Real time, security and stability of film laboratory monitoring system are enhanced greatly. The running results show that the system is stable, real-time and strong tracking.
