摘要 针对工业现场及物资储存等环境的温度实时监控,设计了一种基于CAN总线的分布式温度检测系统。采用微控制器PIC16F877、CAN总线控制器MCP2515、温度传感器DS18B20、CAN收发器82C250作为现场温度采集的智能节点,通过CAN总线网络和CAN总线适配卡PCI-9810实现上位PC机与现场节点的数据通信。设计了各部分的硬件电路及检测系统软件。系统结构简洁、扩容方便、可靠性高,具有一定的工程实用价值。 A distributed temperature measuring system based on CAN bus intelligent node was designed for industrial field and stockpile.On-site temperature acquisition intelligent nodes consist of microcontroller PIC16F877,CAN bus controller MCP2515,temperature sensor DS18B20 and CAN transceiver 82C250.The communication between intelligent nodes and host PC was achieved through CAN bus network and adapter card PCI-9810.Hardware interface circuit of each section was designed,on this basis,the software of measuring system was introduced.The system structure is simple of easy expansion and reliable,and has some practical value.
