摘要 目的对新生期幼鼠皮下注射左旋谷氨酸单钠(MSG)的SD大鼠的行为学进行实验研究。方法采用Morris水迷宫及旷场分析法对MSG大鼠进行行为学研究,数据采用t检验分析处理。结果与正常组比较,MSG大鼠寻台潜伏期(SPL)、中央格停留时间均显著延长(P<0.05),穿格次数、后腿直立次数及理毛次数显著减少(P<0.05),粪便粒数显著增多(P<0.05)。结论MSG动物空间学习记忆能力、兴奋性、对新异环境的适应性均降低,紧张度提高。 Objective To study on the behaviour in rats after neonatal treatment with monosodium glutamate. Methods Morris water maze and open field were used to study the behaviour in rats: the result was analyzed by test. Results Contrast with group, serarch platform latency and center retention time of MSG rats was prolonged significantly; the numbers through lattice, the times of rearing and grooming were reduced significantly ; the number of excrement was increased. Conclusion MSG may strengthen the tensity and reduce the excitability, the ability of spatial learning and memory, and the adaptabililty to new environment in rats.
