摘要
目的研究纯化芦荟蒽醌衍生物的工艺条件。方法对照乙醇梯度洗脱所得各组分的HPLC谱图,考察聚酰胺树脂富集、纯化芦荟蒽醌的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果通过聚酰胺树脂富集与纯化,并采用40%,60%,70%,80%乙醇梯度洗脱,可以使芦荟蒽醌衍生物得到较好的分离。结论该法的精确度、稳定性、重复性和回收率都较好,且操作简便易行。
Objective To study the purification process of anthraquinoid compounds. Methods The absorptive characteristics and elution parameters of the process were studied by HPLC method. Results With polyamide resin to absorb and purify, eluted with 40% ,60% ,70% ,80% ethanol, good results were obtained. Conclusion The method is precise, stable, repeatable and easy to operate.
