摘要
用乙醇和水作提取剂,按正交试验设计,利用紫外-可见光谱法分析相结合的方法,以不同浓度的乙醇为空白,在200-450 nm之间扫描测其吸光度值。研究了芦荟中总蒽醌类化合物的提取条件,结果表明,提取剂的浓度愈高,愈有利于蒽醌类成分的提取;影响蒽醌类成分提取率的因素顺序为:溶剂浓度〉提取温度〉提取时间,色素和光照也有一定的影响。综合分析认为,最佳提取条件是以95%乙醇为溶剂,提取时间1.5 h左右,提取温度80℃-90℃。
In orthogonal experiment with ethyl alcohol and water as extracting agent, the optimum extraction conditions of total anthraguinones from the aloe were studied by UV-visible spectrometry, with different concentrations of ethyl alcohol as the blank sample scanned at 200 - 450 nm. It was found that the higher extraction concentration could favor the extraction of anthracence component.The factors affecting the extraction of anthraoence component were solvent concentration 〉 extraction temperature〉 extraction time. The pigment and illumination had some effects. It was concluded that the optimum conditiom was with 95% ethyl alcohol as solvent by extracting for about 1.5 hours at 80 ℃ -90℃.
